Beyond patient care, CEAGIC is dedicated to training new specialists in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery — through the Fellowship, the EndoCWB Congress and the WM Cirurgia Ginecológica courses.
Fellowship
Fellowship in Gynecologic Endoscopy
The Fellowship in Gynecologic Endoscopy is a one-year advanced medical training program for professionals who want to deepen their knowledge and build hands-on experience in the field.
During the training period, the fellow follows the activities of CEAGIC’s Gynecologic Endoscopy Service, taking part in the clinical, surgical and academic routine alongside the medical team.
Fellow activities
Throughout the program, the fellow will have the opportunity to:
- Follow and assist in surgeries performed by Dra. Monica, Dr. William Kondo and Dr. Luiz Rodrigo;
- Take part in outpatient clinics and hands-on service activities;
- Prepare and present theoretical classes;
- Take part in the classes and activities offered by the WM Cirurgia Ginecológica course;
- Edit videos of surgical procedures for later analysis and discussion with the supervising physicians;
- Collaborate in organizing and running the EndoCWB Congress;
- Take part in the educational, scientific and social activities held during the congress.
The program provides a complete training experience, integrating theoretical knowledge, clinical follow-up, surgical practice and participation in scientific activities. It also allows direct contact and exchange of experience with national and international leaders in minimally invasive surgery.

An annual meeting on endoscopy and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, bringing together national and international specialists for scientific updates, exchange of experience and surgical technique demonstrations.
EndoCWB Pre-Congress
A preparatory activity ahead of the congress, with courses and hands-on content focused on deepening minimally invasive surgery techniques.
